Payment Information

All payments to Apfelbaum, Inc are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying by credit card, please provide the credit card number, expiration date and security code on the back.

If paying by check, the payment must be made in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not accept third party checks.

Shipping Information

All lots shipped within the Continental United States are shipped for free.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE CHARGES

Initial postage charges will be calculated by the total dollar amount of the invoice. Once we have packed and weighed your lots we will send you an updated invoice (usually within a couple of days from the date of purchase) with the new shipping charge calculated specifically for your lots going to your address. Please note: we do not impose a handling charge nor do we add any additional charges to the postage fee. And, of course all packages leaving our office are fully insured.

Returns

Any lot, which is in the buyer’s opinion not as described is returnable within thirty days of receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price. All such lots must be returned intact and in the same condition as provided to purchaser. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
