The collection is further enhanced by inclusion of what could very well be a separate collection of Irish stamps that appropriately includes a nicely populated section dealing with Gaelic overprints! However, the focus is certainly upon the 19^th century Britain, as opening pages of this Schaubek album boast such magnificent philatelic gems like two examples of Penny Black, beautiful examples of ten and six pence stamps from 1848 and 1854 respectively with full corners (!!!), very fine examples of #74-75, 90, 98-107, 108-109, nicely centered £1 example from 1884 (#110), and so much more! Numerous minor shade varieties are presented alongside major ones. Very strong well-rounded collection packed with value! Total catalog value would quickly reach astronomic numbers, but even then, it would tell only part of the story, as quite a few stamps are exceptionally nice with wide even margins! Gen.
